READY TO HOST AN EVENT? THE TIME IS NOW!
Pay your deposit to reserve your date so that we can begin to build the perfect venue/event package for you!
The Venue @ KandiSparklez event room for up to 50 guests.
Inclusions and Rules:
-Private Party access to The Venue @ KandiSparklez
-4 hours total time in the event room, which includes set up and clean up time; NO early set up allowed (Additional time can be purchased at a rate of $25/hour)
-Bring your own refreshments (Alcohol is permitted)
-You are welcome to bring your own decorations (No glitter, confetti, sand, or piñatas allowed; these items will render your deposit non-refundable)
-Your event will begin and end on time (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
-Music - Bring your playlist or let us know what genre you'd like played during your event
The Venue Package includes the following:
-Room Fixtures (Tables and Chairs)[Please Note: We have four 6ft Tables, three 8ft Tables, 3 Bistro Tables, and 30 Folding Chairs on site; we DO NOT provide table cloths or chair covers]
-Trash cans and trash bags
-Ice (8lb bag can be purchased for $1.99)
PAYMENTS AND POLICIES
Event date is not confirmed until deposit has been paid, and agreement has been signed and returned.
A $100 refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Balance is due two weeks before your scheduled event. Your deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours of your event date.
Event package does not include refreshments. Your event is blocked for 4 hours. This includes time for setup/cleanup and 3 hours for your event.
REFUNDS/DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
PRIVATE PARTY: If you decide to cancel your event this will forfeit your deposit. A one-time Reschedule Request may be submitted 14 days before your scheduled event. We cannot guarantee your request will be granted. Requests will be handled case by case.
