Nicapa Classic Loop Rotary Cutter (45mm blade size) is used to cut through materials (fabrics, paper, felt, vinyl, etc), including multiple layers at a time. The blades are stainless steel and the handle has a curved design for a comfortable fit in your hand, whether it be the left or right. The blade is retractable for safe storage and transport. Includes 4 extra replacement blades.
